I can't believe that one fourth of the year has already come and gone. Time sure does fly when you work at KMS. Advice to our students - slow down and enjoy your youth. Adult responsibilities will be here soon enough, and then you'll wonder where all the "fun" times went. My name is Brenda Liford, and I have been an assistant principal here for the past 5 years. I have actually taught in 6th and 7th grade Science and Language Arts here at KMS for about 20 years before moving into administration (so you know I love it at KMS). Before coming to Karns I taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grades at Carter Elementary, Ramsey Elementary, and Riverdale Elementary. I graduated from Carter High School in 19??. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Tom, for 29 years. My hobbies include reading, cruising, and computers. My favorite movies are Gone With the Wind and A Night to Remember. | |
